Swindon College has been successful in receiving funding to be able to deliver FREE training courses.  The project aims to upskill employees to Level 2 and 3, with the opportunity to progress within their employment by undertaking:

  • Further training at a higher level
  • An Apprenticeship
  • Recognition at work through promotion, pay rise or increased responsibilities.

* In order to qualify for the FREE training, organisations must employ less than 249 full time employees and be based within Swindon/ Wiltshire. Employees must be aged 17 years plus, resident in England and have lived in the UK/EU for a minimum of 3 years.

The project is part of the skills support for the workforce programme, which we deliver on behalf of Serco – it is co-financed by the Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund.
