Certificate in End of Life Care

This qualification aims to give learners knowledge and understanding of safe handling of medicines. Delivered in the workplace, you will be provided with learner supported materials that will give you the knowledge and understanding required, enabling you to undertake the end of unit assessments. The learning materials are flexible and can be completed at time convenient to you. You will also have the support of a knowledgeable assessor throughout the duration of the course who is available for advice and guidance.

You must be aged 19+ and have lived in the EU for at least the last 3 years.

Assessment/Exam information

These courses are delivered to candidates with a dedicated assessor to support learning and conduct assessment. Candidates can be expected to complete the course within 3 - 6 months.

Other information

These courses offer distance learning and are ideal for those already working or volunteering in the care sector, who wish to increase their skills. You must be aged 19+ and be a resident in the EU for at least 3 years. There is an initial two-hour induction followed by ongoing assessor support until completion of the course. You can expect to complete this course within 3 to 6 months. Please note, these courses offer flexible start and finish times and can be started at any point throughout the year.
