Catering for Special Dietary Needs/Allergens

This is a practical 4 week course which can be attended as a whole or as individual one off sessions @£18 per session. Topics to be covered are: Dairy free Cookery; Dealing with Diabetes and preparing suitable meals; Cooking Nutricious Meals for the Elderly; Gluten free Cookery.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements required but an interest in developing your knowledge or special dietry needs and allergens are required.

This course is only available for 19+ students.

What do I need to bring?

Learners will be required to wear flat, non-slip shoes and a long sleeve top which will need to be provided by the learner. You will be informed of ingredients needed for the course for you to bring with you.

No formal assessment is required.
