Cake Decoration for Fun

If you want to learn how to bake bread and be the next Mary Berry then this is the course for you! This fun course will guide you through the basics of sponge, pastry and biscuits in a relaxed and supported way. You will be guided through a range of classic recipes that will build on basic skills and advance your knowledge.

No formal entry requirements required but enthusiasm and a keen interest in food would be desirable.

This course is only available for 19+ students.

What do I need to bring?

Learners will be required to wear flat, non-slip shoes and a long sleeve top which will need to be provided by the learner.
