4 GCSEs at grade 4 or equivalent Level 2 qualification, including Maths and English.

Assessment/Exam information

You will be required to complete and achieve the synoptic assignment(s), exam(s) and work placement evidence to gain this qualification.

During your course you will be assessed through formative assessments in preparation for the syntopic and exams.

Other information

Work placements are a mandatory part of this course and you will undertake a work placement each year which allows you to develop your own area of interest within the health, social care or educational field.

You will be required to complete a DBS (Police Check) (clear) before you can start your work placement.

You will also be required to purchase a uniform to wear on work placement
