EAL Diploma Engineering and Technology

Focusing on practical skills and knowledge, this course covers a broad range of engineering competencies required for the engineering industry.
Subjects covered include: electrical and electronic engineering, welding engineering, maintenance and mechanical engineering.

Entry Requirements

2 Years - 4 GCSEs at grade 2 or equivalent Level 1 / Entry 3 qualification.
1 Year - 3 GCSEs at grade 3 or equivalent Level 1/2 qualification.

You could be entitled to have your fees waived if you are aged 19-23 and do not have a full level 2 qualification or you are aged 24+ and unemployed. Each unit within the qualification has specified assessment grading criteria which are used for grading purposes. A summative unit grade can be awarded.
