Higher Education Student Centre

HE (Higher Education) is university-level study at Level 4 or higher. Swindon College is one of the largest providers of HE in Wiltshire with over 500 undergraduates studying for a wide variety of qualifications.
For 18/19 we are proud to launch the new Swindon Management School in partnership with the Association of Business Executives, providing 10 new business management courses with great fee offers and no fee at all if you are under 19 - see the HE Prospectus, page 17 for more information.

We offer the following levels of study:

  •   Postgraduate courses - Level 7
  •   Undergraduate BA/BSc (Hons) Degrees - Level 6
  •   Foundation Degrees - Level 5
  •   HNDs - Level 5
  •   HNCs - Level 4
  •   Professional qualifications - various levels

Please feel free to come along and meet the tutors, discuss your study options and get information and advice on issues such as Student Finance, career pathways, childcare and much more. 

All of our higher education courses are eligible for either a Student Loan or Advanced Learner Loan. This means you don't have to start paying for your course until after you have completed your study and are earning £21,000 per year. Financial support is also available from the College. The College works in partnership with key universities and awarding bodies including Oxford Brookes University, Edexcel, ABE and AAT to deliver its HE programmes.
