'Maks' Graur Charity art project

Swindon College student and graphic designer Maximilian 'Maks' Graur travelled to Moldova during the summer break to stage a 'joint exhibition' and finish one of his charity projects called 'Draw for Dogs'.

A great Open evening was held at Swindon College on Thursday 12th October 2017.

The Swindon College Caring Professions and Educational Practice team saw a swell in its recruitment to Higher Education Programmes with 41 Students enrolling on the Foundation Degree and Higher Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. The students come from Swindon, the wider Wiltshire area, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

Swindon College Lecturer’s Expertise called upon by South African University

Nicky Ackland-Snow, lecturer in Graphic Design at the School of Art, Swindon College, has been invited to act as International External Evaluator joining a panel review for the North West University in South Africa. The University is in Potchefstroom which is roughly 100km from Johannesburg. Nicky was contacted by the course leader of the Graphic Design Degree programme, having seen her artwork. The evaluation will be conducted by professors and university professionals.
