Children in Need – Pedal for Pudsey with BBC Wiltshire Radio’s Ben Prater

Students from Foundation Learning took to the pedals of the BBC’s Pedal for Pudsey cycle bus on Tuesday 14th November 2017, to help Ben Prater in his quest to cover 100 miles in a week.  Students were kitted out in bright yellow Pudsey t-shirts and could be seen pedalling furiously to cover ground around the Swindon College campus.  Sophie Choules, Dan Summers, Megan Thomas, Ross Leahy, Rohan Rodrigues, Aaron Mankoo, Connor Foster and tutor Sheryal Wernham took to the pedals for the first round, with further laps being completed by both staff and students.  A link to the Swindon Advertiser’s article is below, which has further information about the Pedal for Pudsey journey around Swindon.

In the college throughout the week there are activities taking place, such as face painting, festival face, hair and nails, cake sales and a computer games tournament.  Students and staff are coming together to raise money for Pudsey!
