Facilities For Hire

Located near the town centre, Swindon College campus is only ten minutes' walk from the Swindon train station and three miles from the M4 junction 16 by car, with a large free parking facility on site.

Swindon College offers a range of facilities that can be booked by external companies for meetings, conferences, and events. We are able to facilitate day time, evening and limited weekend bookings subject to availability. We have classrooms that accommodate from 10-25 people for meetings, seminars and conferences and a large functions facility for events and larger meetings and activities. This facility will accommodate 180 people in theatre style with a stage or 200 without staging.


Our classrooms are equipped with or without computers, screens, interactive whiteboards, overhead projectors, flipchart, sound, WiFi etc., according to what your requirements are.

Large Hall Facility

This is an ideal venue to hold a celebration, presentation, large meeting, demonstration or exhibition. We can provide staging, lectern and sound, cordless mics, Wifi and source lighting and special efects (on request). The Large Hall seats up to 190 people.

The Avenue

In our Phoenix Building we have The Avenue where there is space for 10 + stands and tables to be set up for exhibitions and promotional use. This is a great opportunity to promote your company or products that are relevant to our students and age group. Please contact us to arrange a date and time slot. (Conditions apply and dependant on availability).


Out of term-time, we have a large catering facility that can be transformed into a celebration, conference or exhibition space. Please contact us for more information and availability.

We also have catering available upon request; offering a wide range of menus from light refreshments to full hot or cold buffets to cater for all occasions.
