What is an Apprentice?


Apprentice’s are aged sixteen or over and they combine working with studying for a work-based qualification. The level of qualification ranges from GCSE level (intermediate), to degree level (advanced).

  • Agree a training plan with you
  • Manage the training and evaluation

Have employees that are 19+ and want to retrain or upskill?


You can apply for an Advanced Learning Loan to help with the cost of a level 3 or level 4 course.

You won't have to start paying back your loan until you are earning £21,000 a year or more!
